1: Register - you can register to bid by getting a “bidders registration form” at the property at the time of viewing, by calling (866) 4LandZenn, or by going to www.LandZenn.com.

2: Pre-qualify- buyers must be pre-qualified by LandZenn‘s approved lender prior to the day of auction, but may choose to finance with a lender of their choice. Special incentives will be provided for auction participants who choose to finance with LandZenn's approved lender.

3: Bidders Package- this consists of all pertinent disclosures, termite inspection, preliminary title report & “AS IS /WHERE IS” Clause. This informs the potential buyer that there will be no repairs or changes to said property prior to or post sale of the property.

 4: Cashiers Check- all bidders must bring cashiers check of $15,000.00 for each property they intend to purchase.

5: Earnest Money Deposit- the winning bidder must have an additional $5,000.00 added to their deposit to secure their purchase at the time of the auction. Those funds can be in the form of a personal or business check made payable to the Title Company of LandZenn Property Investments choosing. The Earnest Money (pursuant to the Auction Sales Contract), will be non-refundable and due on the date of the auction. This will be in combination with the original $15,000 cashier’s check plus the balance due.

6: Bidder Paddle- All bidders must pick up numbered bidders’ paddle. The bidders paddle will be available on auction day and will be received once LandZenn has confirmed verification of your cashier’s check and pre-qualification letter.
