LandZenn Property Investments cooperates readily with all licensed California Brokers.
A 2% commission of the winning bid amount will be paid to any broker/agent who registers with their client for the auction. In order to receive this commission the broker/agent must be present at the auction and the signing of the purchase agreement. There are several benefits to cooperative brokers for referring clients. If referring a seller the broker/agent is awarded a 2% of the final bid amount commission as the seller’s agent.
