LandZenn Property Investments cooperates readily with all licensed California Brokers.
A 2% commission of the winning bid amount will be paid to any broker/agent who registers with their client for the auction.
In order to receive this commission the broker/agent must be present at the auction and the signing of the purchase agreement. There are several benefits to cooperative brokers for referring clients. If referring a seller the broker/agent is awarded a 2% of the final bid amount commission as the seller’s agent.
-No open houses need to be conducted,
-no paperwork needs to be filed, and best of all,

As a referring listing agent, you sit back and let LandZenn do all the hard work and you collect your commission at closing. As the broker/agent of a buyer, you need only to refer the client to LandZenn, have them get pre-qualified, and be present with them at the sale and during the signing of the purchase agreement in order to receive your commission. You are saved the hassle of researching properties, scheduling previews, and you save gas on the endless driving you would have done in order to find your client their perfect property. At auction the client has multiple properties to choose from all under one roof.
