BROKERS: All LandZenn auctions offer a 3 percent Broker Cooperation for the successful buyer’s agent. If you have a client who would like to participate at the auction there is a 2 percent Broker Cooperation payable to the listing broker. Visit our Web site to obtain a Broker registration form at least 3 calendar days prior to the auction to qualify. All buyer’s agents must attend with their clients in order to receive the Broker Cooperation.
